Wycliffe College Searches for "Professor of Preaching, Worship, and Ministry"

Wycliffe College, an evangelical and Anglican theological college in the Toronto School of Theology and federated with the University of Toronto, announces a new permanent, full-time position: “Professor of Preaching, Worship, and Ministry.” (The rank of the hire is open.) Candidates must have an earned theological doctorate (preferably a Th.D or Ph.D., to enhance the possibility of teaching doctoral students) and experience in parish ministry. He or she must be an excellent preacher and teacher and able to convey these skills effectively to others. His or her commitments must be consistent with Wycliffe’s core documents. The successful candidate must know the tradition of the church and also be able to equip students for innovative forms of ministry. Being an Anglican and ordained are desirable attributes. Canadian candidates will be considered first; but others are encouraged to apply.
