We are pleased to announce that one of our graduates, the Rev. Canon Michael Oulton, will be consecrated the Bishop of the Diocese of Ontario. The ceremony will take place on June 11th at 11:00 a.m. at the Cathedral Church of St. George. As noted in the Anglican Diocese of Ontario website, he will be consecrated as co-adjutor bishop of the Diocese of Ontario, which means that he will take over as Diocesan Bishop, when Bishop George Bruce retires later this year.
Michael graduated from Wycliffe in 1992 after a career as a lawyer.
