Prof. Wanda Malcolm at the Comfort and Hope Conference

Prof. Wanda Malcolm to deliver one of the keynote addresses at the Comfort and Hope Conference from June 8-10, 2012 at Brock University.
The Rev. Max Woolaver W86 and Kathryn Belicki W2007 are collaborating along with several members of Max’s congregation at St. Andrew’s Anglican Church in Grimsby, ON to host the second Comfort and Hope ecumenical conference/retreat addressing Christian sources of hope and comfort in suffering. The first conference was held in 2010 at Brock University where Kathryn is a faculty member in the Department of Psychology.
Prof. Wanda Malcolm, Professor of Pastoral Psychology at Wycliffe College, and a registered psychologist who specializes in Emotion-Focused Therapy will deliver a keynote address at the Conference. The conference will be held at Brock University, St. Catharines, Ontario from June 8-10th, 2012. The title of her address is “Shalom: The peace and wholeness that is Jesus’ Gift to Give.” As well, Prof. Malcolm will be holding a workshop on “Focusing Prayer.”
