<< Dr. Bowen & Dr. Walsh finalists for The Word Guild Awards

We are pleased to announce that two of Wycliffe professors, Dr. John Bowen and Dr. Brian Walsh are the New Finalists for Top Prizes in The Word Guild Canadian Christian Writing Awards.
Dr. John Bowen is a former 2003 winner for Evangelism for Normal People . This year, Dr. Bowen is listed for two categories Culture and Life Stories for the book The Missionary Letters of Vincent Donovan 1957-1973. As well, Dr. Brian Walsh is listed in the categories of Academic Book and Blog Article Series for his Kicking at the Darkness: Bruce Cockburn and the Christian Imagination, “Prayers for an Election” and “What Michael Ignatieff Should Have Said”
The winners will be announced at the 2012 Awards Gala in June.
