Bramalea Baptist Church in Brampton is seeking a Youth and Young Adult Pastor. 

The position overview is as follows:

YOUTH: co-leading Jr Hi (grades 6 - 8) with the Children and Junior High Ministries Pastor, and full leading of Sr Hi (grades 9 - 12), the incumbent is responsible for creating an environment at Bramalea Baptist Church where youth - whether being introduced to Christ or ready to take their understanding of Him to the next level - are equipped to follow Jesus so that others are drawn to follow Him too. This is accomplished through developing and leading the youth ministry tracks in the context of the church's intergenerational ministry model.

YOUNG ADULTS: oversee, care for and facilitate the college and career (18 - 35) generation through partnership, mentoring and discipleship based on sound scriptural doctrine and a relational style.
