2012 Incoming Class - Another Year of Robust Enrollment
Tuesday September 25th, 2012
2012-13 is the fourth year of robust enrollment for Wycliffe College. The 2012-13 Academic Year is now in full swing and students are filling the classrooms once again. Wycliffe College is pleased to welcome 84 new students to its halls this term.
This year we welcomed a large group of new Master of Divinity students (half of whom are Anglican), and saw substantial interest in the MDiv (Pioneer Ministries) track. Additionally, the Master of Theological Studies in Urban and International Development continues to attract large numbers of students, reflecting its unique focus on both theology and practical development skills.
We have drawn students from a wide geographic area; not only from Ontario but from both coasts of Canada and the United States. We have also welcomed students from around the globe. This year, Wycliffe College is fortunate to welcome two exchange students from Trinity Theological College in Singapore. Two of our third-year MDiv students are currently studying in Singapore at Trinity. In all, our new students represent 20 countries and 53 denominations.
20 Advanced Degree students have also begun their programs, each specializing in one of Theology, History, Biblical Studies and Pastoral Studies.
We wish all our students the best in the year ahead!
