Churches are increasingly realizing that their primary calling is to make disciples-followers of Jesus who come together to learn to worship, to love, and serve the world. But how can it be done? Not least, how can small congregations of traditionally-minded Christians become evangelizing communities where people find faith and become disciples? The CDs recorded at this conference offer practical tools and resource which are immediately applicable for churches and individuals.

Workshops
1. Ed Dallow: Welcoming and Integrating Newcomers 
Examines a parish program of welcoming newcomers that caused such growth that a new building was needed to accommodate the enlarged congregation. Provides ideas, tools and techniques to help other congregations achieve the same goal.

2. Connie denBok: You Can Get There From Here: Next Steps
Examine strategies for churches who want to move forward but are in need of extraordinary leaders, surplus resources, and complete cooperation.

3. Connie denBok: Future Trends or Who stole the Road Map?
Why things don't work the way they used to, and how we can make the shift to a new generation. Can include material on: Is there life after Alpha?

4. George Porter: Laying the Foundations: Fundamentals of Youth Ministry Today
Aims at helping congregations learn to minister effectively to youth in middle and junior high school.

5. Judy Paulsen: Becoming a Mission-Focused Church 
Explores how everyone's gifts, once discovered and developed, can be used to build parishes into naturally evangelizing communities.

 6. Judy Paulsen: Turnaround Churches: What Can We Learn From Them? 
Examines recent research presented in a book called Break Out Churches on factors leading to strong sustained growth in churches that were previously in decline.

7. Tim Chesterton: Teaching Christian Basics
Teaches how to equip leaders on how to teach the Christian basics evangelism in a way that is accessible, winsome and challenging, so that churches can grow in the area of evangelism.
