The Radical Vocation Conference 2018

Last week, from September 20-22, a number of Wycliffe faculty, students and friends from Toronto travelled to Dallas, Texas, for the RADVO Conference, a gathering for those discerning their call to ordained ministry. This event featured notable speakers including the Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby, Stanley Hauerwas, Oliver O'Donovan and N. T. Wright. Wycliffe Principal Stephen Andrews and Professors Ephraim Radner and Catherine Sider-Hamilton were also among the speakers. This event was well attended by about 400 people.

On Wednesday, October 10, 2018, beginning at 3:00 p.m., College staff, students, trustees, alumni, and faculty will come together in the Wycliffe College Reading Room to celebrate the new books that have been published by faculty and graduate students in the past year.

Professor Seitz's work featured in new book

The work of Wycliffe College's Dr. Christopher Seitz is featured in the new book, Acts of Interpretation: Scripture, Theology, and Culture. Edited by S. A. Cummins and Jens Zimmermann, (Eerdmans 2018), the book features essays by biblical scholars and theologians offering broad reflections on key interpretive issues, rich readings of challenging biblical texts, and interaction with the Christian exegetical tradition from Melito of Sardis to Dietrich Bonhoeffer.
