The Rev. Ajit John

New Interim Chaplain Appointed

Principal Stephen Andrews has announced the appointment of the Reverend Ajit John as Interim Chaplain of Wycliffe College for the coming Fall 2023 academic term. Ajit is known to many in the College as a former Wycliffe Board member, a trustee of the Toronto School of Theology Board, and as the current Chair of the Anglican Communion Alliance. He has been a Priest in the Anglican Church of Canada for nearly twenty years, serving congregations both here in Toronto and the Diocese of Europe.

Ephraim Radner opened the Marc Chagall and the Bible devotional series with a contemplative lecture

Last Thursday on June 15, Wycliffe College launched the Marc Chagall and the Bible devotional series, a series of reflective lectures for the public that aims to explore deeper the symbols and meanings of Chagall’s works in the exhibition.

Reformed House of Study Conference 2023

Wycliffe College's Inaugural Reformed House of Studies Conference

Wycliffe College held its inaugural Reformed House of Studies Conference on Saturday, June 3, 2023. The conference, titled "Reformed the Church: Learning from the Westminster Divines," related the reform of the church today to a period of reform from the past, namely, the Westminster Assembly of the seventeenth century. 

It was an encouraging occasion of learning and fellowship with over 60 attending in person and some online. Bishop Stephen Andrews, Principal of Wycliffe College, opened the conference with a warm welcome and gracious commendation of the conference.
