It was a time to celebrate the Class of '22, and Principal Stephen Andrews described the event as a "historic occasion in many respects." Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby delivers sombre, challenging address at WycliffeOn Tuesday, May 3, The Most Reverend Justin Portal Welby, Archbishop of Canterbury, was honoured at Wycliffe College with a Doctor of Divinity (honoris causa). Calling the degree a "deeply unmerited but very gracious honour," Archbishop Justin said the award—which was given on the final day of a visit to Canada during which he apologized for residential schools—came on the heels of "a traumatic time of learning and listening." Wright (PhD, Cambridge) is international ministries director of the Langham Partnership, providing literature, scholarships and preaching training for pastors in Majority World churches and seminaries. Sharon Ramsay - Radical Hospitality: Finding Strength in the Midst of WeaknessSharon Y. Ramsay (MDiv, RP, RMFT) is a Clinical Fellow and an Approved Supervisor of the American Association for Marriage & Family Therapy. A graduate of Tyndale Seminary’s Master of Divinity program in Toronto, Sharon consults with couples, individuals and families about a wide variety of issues covering many stages of the family life cycle. Wanda Malcolm - Navigating The Ups And Downs Of Ministry LeadershipWanda Malcolm is Professor of Pastoral Psychology at Wycliffe College. She joined Wycliffe College’s faculty in 2007 where she teaches in the Pastoral Theology department. She is also a registered psychologist with a part-time private. Prior to coming to Wycliffe, Wanda was a member of faculty at Tyndale University College for five years. Her PhD dissertation research is the foundation of workshops and teaching she does in the area of forgiveness and reconciliation in the wake of interpersonal hurtfulness within close relationships.
