Barbara Jenkins

Registrar, Director of Enrolment Management

In the role of registrar, Barbara provides support to all students as they progress through their program and achieve their academic goals.  She advises students as they navigate the policies and procedures in their respective ‘Degree Handbook’.

Her office is the administrative hub, working with Faculty, TST, U of T Student Services and other staff and is responsible for communication to students, registration, course scheduling, grade reporting, and convocation preparation.

The responsibility for the integrity, accuracy and security of academic records of current and former students lies within the office of the registrar and if a transcript is required, they are issued from this office.

She also facilitates auditors of classes, maintains placement information post-graduation and administers the ATS student questionnaires.
