Biography

As an educator, trainer, animator, consultant, advisor, and mentor, Jeanette is respected for her care in customizing instructional programs and designs, creating relevant and meaningful resources, outstanding facilitation skills, superb follow-up, leaderships role on teams, empowering and enabling individuals and groups, and strong evaluation skills.

Her areas of greatest depth include the academic, not-for-profit, faith-based and health sectors. Particular areas of interest and expertise are social justice issues, women’s health, HIV and AIDS, community engagement, refugee and newcomers, working alongside the marginalized in society, diversity issues, Board development, and capacity-building. Jeanette is passionate about sustainability through the capacity-building of others and groups.

Jeanette has extensive international and cross-cultural experience, having worked and/or lived in more than 40 countries in Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East and North America.
