Dave Toycen, retired President of World Vision Canada will give a talk titled, "Leadership: Your Burden For Ministry Can Never Be Greater Than Your Joy In The Lord."
David Laverne Toycen, CM OOnt was President and Chief Executive Officer of World Vision Canada who was involved with World Vision for over forty years. He was made a member of the Order of Ontario in 2010. He is one of the 2016 inductees into Legends Row: Mississauga Walk of Fame. Dave has a Wycliffe DSL honoris causa, and is a member of our Board of Trustees.
