Biographical Sketch
Frederick William Dillistone was born in 1903. In 1924 he received his BD from Wycliffe Hall in Oxford. Dillistone served as a missionary in India and a parish priest in England. He joined Wycliffe College in 1938. Dillistone was a professor as well as librarian at the college. He left Wycliffe to become the vice principal of the London College of Divinity. Dillistone died in 2000.
