Hugh Brewster, MEd
Hugh is an experienced organizational capacity-builder, grant-maker, learning facilitator and leadership coach. He currently leads Transforming Faces, a Toronto-based catalyst for partnership with local health teams in Africa, Asia, and South America. His pandemic focus has embraced online learning and collaboration with leaders from 30 countries through Solutions for Comprehensive Cleft Care conferences and ongoing webinars. In his spare time, Hugh enjoys chasing flying discs, competing in ultimate tournaments locally and internationally. 

Carmin Harris, BRE, MA, EdD
Carmin Harris is the Executive Director of Mansfield Mission Center, a community-based organization in the Dallas-Fort Worth area which helps families improve physical, mental and financial wellbeing. Carmin has a passion for coming alongside nonprofit leaders to help create greater community impact and long-term organizational sustainability. Her experience is drawn from nearly 20 years in the nonprofit sector, including previous roles with Canadian Baptist Ministries and World Vision Canada. Carmin completed her doctorate in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California. Her research focused on the role of healthcare volunteers in supporting patient needs related to social determinants of health.

W. Clayton Rowe, MDiv, ThM, MBA
Clayton uses his gifts as innovator, collaborator, facilitator, educator, and coach to cultivate the well-being of leaders, organizations, and communities. Since 2000, he has invested in organizations in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and around the globe. Clayton is a Senior Partner of The Saben Group and an adjunct faculty member at Wycliffe College, University of Toronto. During his down time, he loves to travel, see great international and art-house films, volunteer and rediscover his Irish, English, and French heritage.
