Built in 1891, Wycliffe College is a registered historical landmark. Wycliffe College is ideally situated on the corner of Hoskin Avenue and Queen’s Park circle at the heart of the University of Toronto campus. From here, you'll have a short walk to Museum or St. George subway stations. It's an ideal location whether you are studying at Wycliffe College or in another department at the university. The Residence consists of seventy-three single occupancy rooms.

The Wycliffe Residence has established and seeks to maintain a reputation as a quiet, safe Residence for students. Our residents come from a variety of ethnic and religious backgrounds and Wycliffe is committed to providing every resident with physical, emotional, and spiritual safety. Wycliffe strives to foster and preserve a residential ethos marked by consideration and respect for one another.

Residence Information

We have seventy-five clean, comfortable rooms that are ideal for quiet, mature students to live in and pursue their studies. Residence rooms are furnished with a bed, closet or wardrobe, desk and chair, bookshelf and dresser, and high-speed internet.

Residents have access to shared kitchens, men and women’s washroom facilities, card-operated laundry room, lounges, a chapel, billiards, game room, and snack machines.

Fees

Entire summer: $4,000

Monthly rate: $1,050

Weekly rate: $330

Nightly rate: $65

Security Deposit

After an application is accepted for residency, the Resident will be invoiced the sum of five hundred dollars ($500) payable to Wycliffe College as a refundable security deposit in order to complete their acceptance of an offer of residency. The Resident may terminate this Agreement by written notice of termination to Wycliffe College. Premature withdrawal from the residence (prior to occupancy) will terminate this agreement and thereby will result in forfeiture of the $500 deposit. In the case of notice of termination received by Wycliffe after the first day of residency, the resident will still be responsible for the costs of that academic year.

Payment of Fees

Residents will be invoiced for their stay. Payment can be made at the front desk upon arrival or online. Payment is either monthly or as a lump sum and is due at the beginning of the period of stay.
