Summer Residence Admission
Wycliffe College welcomes applications for summer residence from university students (including those working as interns full-time for the summer), visiting scholars, clergy/missionaries, and on occasion, short-term visitors to Toronto. In our 120-year old historical building, we have 75 single-occupancy rooms on two floors (one for men, one for women). Unfortunately, we do not offer any rooms for double-occupancy.
This year, the summer residence period runs from the afternoon of Friday, May 1, 2020, until noon on Monday, August 24, 2020. This is a firm move-out date for the end of summer. Applications for summer residence are for a minimum stay of 30 days, please inquire further if you have questions about this.
Rates for Summer 2020

Note: we do not provide an air conditioning unit or room fan, but you are more than welcome to bring your own air conditioning unit. If you do, there will be an additional one-time $100 fee to help cover additional costs associated with air conditioning.

- All Residents pay a one-time, non-refundable activity fee ($10), which is used for planned, monthly social events for residents.
If you need to cancel your room booking, we offer a $200 refund of the room deposit up to two weeks before your stay (there is a $50 administration fee), and a half-refund for a cancellation within the two-week period ($100). If you do not show up for your booking, you will not receive a refund. At the end of your stay, provided that the room is left in the condition you found it, a full refund of the deposit ($250) will be given. If Wycliffe initiates termination of a Summer Residency Agreement for any reason, fees will be refunded beginning from the date given for vacating the residence, as indicated on the termination notice; in such cases, the deposit will be considered forfeit (as per Summer Residency Agreement).
