Benjamin William Horan

Biographical Sketch
In 1893 Benjamin William Horan was born. He attended Trinity College in Dublin where he obtained his BA in 1916 and his BD in 1919. In 1922 he began teaching at Wycliffe College. Horan was the professor of New Testament, Old Testament, and patristics. He also was the dean of residence. In 1933 Horan left to become the vice principal of the London College of Divinity in England. However, he returned to Wycliffe the following year. In 1953 Horan passed away.
