Please read the following regulations over carefully and sign below (Entering your name and submitting the form will be taken as a signature):

  • Extra charge for Front Desk Attendant (required) at $15 per hour for any hours worked outside of regular Front Desk hours. Regular hours during the academic year are Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Hours of operation may differ in the summer.
  • There is no smoking anywhere in the building.
  • There is no parking on Wycliffe College property for any space use functions.
  • All parties and guests must immediately exit the building upon hearing the evacuation alarms.
  • Any costs due to fire alarms caused by the Contact or their guests will be billed to the Contact.
  • Food is allowed in meeting rooms only with permission of the Space Use Manager.
  • Provincial laws must be observed in regard to the serving of alcoholic beverages. Permission to serve alcoholic beverages isgiven by the Space Use Manager.
  • Furnishings may be moved but only with the permission of the Space Use Manager.
  • Cost of repairs for damage to any rooms or its contents is the responsibility of the renter.
  • All activities must be ended by Wycliffe College Residence quiet hours of 11:00 p.m.
  • Applicants should understand that normally we do not offer the facilities and services of a conference centre. For example, youwill be responsible for your own set up and clean up unless you indicate that you would like to hire additional staff throughWycliffe (please refer to the rates for this listed above).
  • Rental of A/V equipment is subject to availability and if necessary the availability of Wycliffe staff to operate it. Priority for A/Vequipment is always given to Wycliffe classes, staff and faculty members and therefore equipment may not be available.
  • It is understood that recognized campus groups or Wycliffe students may not sponsor non-university or non-church groups oractivities and that the space requested is for the sole use of the individual or group named above and not for any otherorganization.
  • The Contact will notify the Space Use Manager at least three business days in advance of the booking of any cancelations. Ifproper notice is not given, then the Contact will be charged the cost of the space rental.
  • An invoice will be generated after the event and sent to the address listed on the front of this form. Payment is due within 30 daysof invoice. A deposit of $250 or 50% of the total cost of the event may be required to guarantee the facility rental.
