Coping with COVID: the Mental Health Challenges
Online
We are approaching three months of living the beginning of "The new normal", and being told to be prepared to adjust for the next two, maybe three years. It's a "normal" we never would have imagined living, limiting our social circles to less than ten people, eliminating the much desired urge for human touch, and restricting ourselves to six foot circles and squares when we dare to re-enter public spaces. How are you coping? Michael Paré, a physician psychotherapist, and Wanda Malcolm, professor of pastoral psychology at Wycliffe and a practicing clinical psychologist, will be joining us and discussing mental health. Grab a cold drink and some snacks and join us for what is a very needed and timely discussion.
