In May 2016, twenty Messy Church Leaders from across Canada attended an International Messy Church Conference in England, sponsored and hosted by the Bible Reading Fellowship (BRF) under whom the international Messy Church Program falls. The Canadian leaders came away with a passion to hold a national conference – the first of its kind in Canada – and we are delighted to hold it at Wycliffe College in Toronto under whom Messy Church Canada falls. We are also excited to have Lucy Moore (who founded Messy Church in 2004) and Martyn Payne (BRF Messy Church Team) as our Keynote Speakers. Martyn talks about his excitement in coming to the conference and meeting up with everyone!
This Conference brings together people to meet other practitioners as well as newcomers to Messy Church, to share ideas and experiences, and to hear thoughts and wisdom from experts.
