Prior to completing studies at Wycliffe College with a Master of Divinity in 2010, Pilar worked as an educator for 14 years in the public school system in Canada.
She had served as an Anglican Priest in the Diocese of Calgary for the last 8 years as well as serving in the capacity of Regional Dean of 19 parishes. She currently serves as the Executive Officer for the Diocese of Calgary.
Currently she is working on a Doctor of Ministry in Spiritual Formation. One of her particular interests is the formation of leadership, particularly in the clergy as they lead others in stretching the boundaries of the Kingdom.
