Adrianne Sequeira

Adjunct Faculty

Adrianne is a Registered Psychotherapist, Certified Psychoanalyst and Registered Marriage and Family Therapist. She is an Associate of the Institute of Family Living, where she has a private practice for individuals, couples and families. She began her career as a nurse, and has worked in hospital and community settings across the addictions/mental health treatment continuum.

She has specializations in Addictions and EMDR trauma training.

She is an Instructor at Tyndale Seminary, teaching Therapeutic and Systemic Approaches to Addictions, and an Instructor at the University of Guelph, teaching Family Therapy and Addictions. Adrianne also teaches the Mental Health First Aid Basic (12 hours), Standard (Virtual) and Mental Health First Aid for Adults who interact with Youth (14 hours), programs of the Mental Health Commission of Canada (www.mentalhealthfirstaid.ca).

Adrianne is currently completing her D Min in Spiritual Formation at Tyndale Seminary.
